MES Software for Extrusion Lines

This project is being developed for the company Heliroma S.A. The project consists of recovering data from machines using the MQTT protocol. This data is processed and stored on a MySQL Server. The installation of data acquisition equipment was carried out in partnership with Matix Automation.
In the main software, it is possible to access each machine or equipment to view the data individually. The software shows active alarms, as well as the history. Sending programmable reports with important production data. Contains user management, alarm management. It is prepared for continuous evolution and expansion to the most diverse departments that interact with production (quality, TPM, etc.)
